Channel Finance values the importance of establishing partnerships in other industries in order to grow our network and support the community. As a member of the Scottish Football Association Business Club, we have access to a plethora of industry experts who help broaden our continually growing network.

In August 2021, Channel Finance became the proud sponsors of Motherwell Women and will be working closely with Motherwell Football Club to support the team through their tough season in the SWPL1.

The partnership will see the Channel Finance logo featured across the women’s team shirts in all competitive home and away games for the next two seasons.

The desire to sponsor Motherwell Women came from Michael Savage, CEO. When speaking of the sponsorship with Motherwell FC he stated: “The opportunity to support Motherwell is a personal and watershed moment as I am extremely passionate about football and the local sporting community.”

The ability to support the Women’s team in an exciting era for women’s football comes at a time when as a company, Channel Finance is focusing on diversifying our business and culture with bringing more women into our group.

We are very excited to be on this journey and looking forward to a fantastic season ahead for the entire Motherwell Football community.
